Waited over 1 hour on the phone to make an appointment.When the call was made I was 8th .in the queue.1 hour later when I reached number one in the queue a message stated that the lines were very busy and that I would need to try again and was cut off.The practice phone service is appalling and the possibility of seeing any medical practitioner appear to be impossible. | ||||||

A few months ago, I requested a medical report for an insurance policy I was applying for. It took ages for this report to be sent. Eventually, I was refused the policy, but one of the reasons was ‘ because of my history of kidney cancer’ . I have never and do not have Kidney cancer! Amazing! | ||||||

The staff and doctors are always very helpful and have treated both my husband with respect and concern . Yes there are problems at times to see a doctor but I understand that they are all very busy. My main problem is that my husband really does not understand what all his problems and symptoms are and when he does go to appointments doesn’t always give the correct information and I’m very rarely allowed to go with .when I am I’m also a bit like a dear in headlights and sound strange etc My husband is having very different yet related problems but rarely have time to discuss all the problems as a whole . Is there some way that I can write things down to give to the doctors before they can then decide on appointments. I think this would be nelpful in getting an overall picture and correct treatment. | ||||||
