The reception staff are probably the most ill-mannered and unhelpful I have encountered. On one occasion, I had a telephone consultation with a doctor who was there for training and they told me quite forcefully that I did not need further treatment for my heart condition. This was contrary to what my previous Cardiologist from overseas had told me. I then asked one of the receptionists for a referral to a Consultant Cardiologist. Their response was maybe, maybe not as they were very busy. I heard nothing, so I consulted a private GP who told me that he was concerned about my condition. He immediately changed my medication and made an urgent appointment with a Consultant Cardiologist. He told me that my heart condition was deteriorating rapidly. Within a short space of time, I was admitted to Harefield hospital on the NHS for a heart procedure which I’m delighted to say has so far been a great success. I am no longer with Camberley Health Centre. | ||||||

From the lovely receptionist to the Drs I have met. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel at ease. I’m sure all the other Drs and staff are just as nice!! | ||||||

Camberley HC have acted as my family's medical advisers over many years. This has seen us through child rearing, hospital admission and most recently a tricky to deal with flare up of painful gout. With an impending wedding and a growing gap in my sports career I had become concerned that the usual treatments were proving ineffective. I'm pleased to say that my GP afforded me a short notice and comprehensive consultation which presented a well thought out future treatment plan which took full recognition of my views. The result is that I'm on the mend and reassured that I'm in good hands.
