Unlike the other reviews on here, I was seen immediately (the same day) by a doctor who was very courteous and understanding. There was no waiting, I was immediately diagnosed and given the correct prescription, pretty much exactly what you should expect. After living in Europe and the USA for the last two decades to be given prompt professional health care was a great relief. | ||||||

I waited for 9 minutes before the 'care natigator' answered my call. I then had to explain why I needed an appointment, have to wait 2 weeks before the appointment and its with a locum anyway!!! | ||||||

I've been with this surgery since I was born, it used to be brilliant, but now you've got to book your appointment on the day you want it and sometimes you can't even get it for that day and if you want to see a doctor you have to wait for the doctor to call you back before they can let you have an appointment! I think this is a bad service! I've been waiting for 3 hours for the doctor to ring me back, I'm still waiting, I rung the surgery back to be told there's only 3 doctors in and they've got over 100 patients to call back, how is this an efficient use of their time? Not happy with the changes that have been made! | ||||||
