I have visited Wickhambrook surgery on a number of occasions for various different reasons,
and on each occasion i have been treated with the utmost respect and understanding. All the staff are very helpful and considerate. Waiting times for appointments is minimal, and on more than one occasion i have been seen the same day. The surgery also runs to time. i very rarely have to wait more than 5 or 10 mins over my appointment time to be seen.
I consider myself very lucky to be under the care of Wickhambrook. |

My wife and I moved recently to this practise. Our experience to date has been excellent. Everyone we speak to has been helpful and supportive and really keen to help find the best solution to your health problem. They are a delight to have as an nhs practise a first rate surgery in every way. Well done and thank you. |

Two weeks for a telephone consultation to establish I needed to see a doctor two weeks later.(four weeks)only to have the appointment cancelled five minutes beforehand. Saw Dr Ferdinand the following day who told me as soon as I sat down that he couldn’t spare me much time. Since then have been trying to sort out further problems with absolutely no information or follow up unless I keep calling and the it’s only a further telephone consultation |
