I have always had excellent service from all GPs and medical staff at this surgery. They are very polite and accommodating when I visit in person or over the phone. I have always managed to get an appointment when an urgent one is required. I have nothing but praise for this practice, thank you. |

Booked in for my appoinment was a .sat and waited for the nurse to call us nothing . Ask at the Desk to be told you are not checked in .Explained we had booked in . To be told its to late you have missed your appoinmemt . Know have to wait another month which in total is 2months . She was so rude at one time the nurse would come out and call your name to check if you were there . |
