All of the staff at the practice are friendly and helpful.We can also get an appointment when we ring .
We as a family are very happy to be in the care of Mercheford House.

Inaccessible surgery for many people due to very heavy doors getting in and out of the building.
Frequently get it wrong with my sick note, do not put correct details in regards my condition even after complaint to the practice manager.
This can result in my sickness benefit being stopped, also means I have to travel back and forth to surgery and I have mobility problems.
Always have an excuse why things are wrong, very unhappy with this surgery. | ||||||
