Very positive experience of a cervical smear test done with a particular nurse who made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Excellent patient care done an professional and engaging way. | ||||||

I have been waiting for the hospital to send a letter to the GP so that some medication can be ordered for my son. Despite chasing it with the hospital and leaving messages on an answerphone, I didn’t receive any response from the hospital. Therefore I went to the surgery to see if there was anything they could do to help me chase for the letter. The receptionist who dealt with me was brilliant. She was very friendly, professional and immediately offered to chase with the hospital.
I received a call from the receptionist to let me know that she had managed to speak to the consultants secretary and the letter would be sent within a couple of days.
I was especially impressed with the prompt service that the receptionist delivered and I really appreciate the help. | ||||||

After the new re-structuring that all the patients where assured would not just not impact services, would actually improve services.
They have gone down hill fast.
Taken a week and still counting to get my regular prescription. That as they know for an asthmatic, especially in this weather, is very important.
So far they have printed the wrong one, not had a GP in yet and forgot.
How can they have 5 GP's and a team of support staff, but be unable to get one prescription done in a week ? and it is even more staggering when they now have 2 more practices to rely on for help and still can't do it !
I need a GP to authorise my medication, i need my medication to breath and i do not like the alternative to breathing. | ||||||
