I was able to get an appointment quite easily .I attended one of the GPs here for a minor problem.The GP was knowledgeable, experienced, efficient and was able to sort it out quite easily. I was very impressed. | ||||||

I have only visited the Tetford site so far.
I do have confidence that I am taken seriously, whatever my concerns are. I don't usually mind which GP I see and am generally happy to see the ANP or NP if suitable.
Results from tests seem to be rather slow coming through.
The waiting room smells clean.
The practitioners themselves call the patients through.
I don't remember when I last visited the surgery, maybe September 2018. | ||||||

My recent contacts with this practice have been dire. There has been no doctor that I'm able to see at any time, any appointments have been a substantial trial and when eventually after me being persistent I have the impression that the appointment shouldn't be given to me with the only appointment being with a nurse, not a doctor. The reason for my appointment has led to me being put forward for a hospital appointment however the hospital claim is that the doctors practice did not provide necessary information. This then meant that the hospital did nothing for 3 months as they claim they waited for surgery information with no chase from either the hospital or surgery. I have had to persistently ask for updates with the contacts at the surgery being lax and vague about what's going on. I submitted 2 complaints with no contact as a result so far. Abysmal service and still no result to alleviating my condition. | ||||||
