Practices don’t often get the recognition they deserve. Recently attended with my mum and the care given was outstanding. The doctor was very caring and sorted everything out. The doctors and nurses at this practice are always very kind and supportive and always have a smile and laugh with you.
The reception and dispensary staff are always very professional and go above and beyond for you, as do the secretaries.
Slight downside is that it can be difficult to get through on the phone in the morning, but what surgery doesn't that apply to. However, once through an appointment is always found for you. Very happy indeed and highly recommend the practice. I was very impressed recently when I accompanied my neighbour to his appointment with your Nurse Practicioner. She was extremely efficient, thorough and also patient. We had quite a few medical issues and each one was dealt with thoroughly and in a very sympathetic way. We were referred to Louth hospital for X-ray, given prescribed antibiotics and skin cream and left feeling that he had been very well looked after! | ||||||
