I recently opted to choose LloydsDirect for my prescriptions, as I wanted them delivered, but have had numerous problems with the surgery not having envelopes to post the prescription, I asked if the prescription could be sent electronically and was rudely told they do not use this system. I asked if I could return to collect prescriptions from the surgery, but was told I couldn't do so, I was also advised that everyone who applied for this service would have been advised they would not be able to so, I was never advised this. |
