Mendip Vale Medical Practice (Yatton)

Scared list and frightened. Mental breakdown 2016, no help from mental health. Suffer chronic pain Fibromyalgia, knees/ankles weak, fall over often. Made threats to kill neighbours as I'm hypersensitive to noise, no carpets upstairs, children scream, shout, jump around. Safeguardings against me, visits from Police. Council refuse to move me, there solution is a wetroom as been stood at sink trying to wash for going on 6 years, fall in out of Bath, end up in hospital numerous times. If I accept wetroom I have to live here 5 more years which I won't commit too. I've been self harming cutting self which I've never done, relapsed after 18 years as no one will help. I'm in a mess, been suicidal, had extreme dark thoughts of death to self and others for along time, yet still no one will help. I'm lost, frightened of thoughts as there so real when having them. North Somerset services are useless and for last 5 years I've been pumped fall of pills for pain, mental health. Seems that's the answer, take this take that. As long as your quiet, It suits them. They get there results, meet monthly quotas. It's all about money.

Absolutely shocking and does not provide an acceptable service to the residents of Yatton.

Don't come here if a) you want to see a doctor b) you want to see the same doctor for continuity if patient care or c) if you want any emergency appointment. The receptionists act like they are medically trained and attempt to triage.
