I had to leave the practice because i left the catchment area. I joined another practice local to my house. I saw the difference in the service. I begged the practice to take me back. The doctor kindly agreed to take me back which made me so happy.
I have asked the practice to post this on my behalf as I do not have access to email account. | ||||||

For a week my partner has been in and out of A&E; they finally clocked on that she may have gallstones but the scan was showing invalid on her at the hospital as she'd eaten already. So they gave her pain medication and sent a letter to the GP stating she needs another scan - and told her to book an appointment within the week at the GP.
My partner has been unable to eat, not able to go into work as she is drowsy all day long and she is sick so unfit for travelling to walk-in-centres across town. When I call up the Drs and explain the situation I'm greeted sharply and before I've even explained the full situation I'm told there's no appointments. So I call back and ask for a telephone consultation simply to be told the Dr will not diagnose over the phone - which I wasn't looking for anyway! So I call up again and ask for a telephone consultation so that I can have some advice to be told there's no appointments and the earliest they can get me in is next week - so my partner is expected to be in severe pain and unable to eat or spend time with her baby until next week. | ||||||
