I have visited this surgery on a number of occasions and have always found the experience a pleasurable one. The gps are all extremely helpful and take time to explain the diagnosis in case you don’t understand what is been said . The reception staff are always welcoming and will help out with any queries you may have regarding appointments and hospital referrals. Also found appointments either easy to book over the phone or online. | ||||||

The surgery is well maintained and the staff are extremely helpful, they will go out of their way to ensure you have the best treatment they can give you and the gp kept me up to date with all information regarding treatment I chose. | ||||||

I never seem to have any problem getting an appointment to see the Dr when I need one. The Dr is very open and honest and I like this as he does not sugar coat things. If I need to know anything he will be totally upfront with me and tell me the truth which I appreciate.
It does prove difficult to get an appointment to see the Practice Nurse but as she is only one I have expected this.
The reception is generally extremely busy but I have never had any problem with reception staff being pleasant and polite and very helpful.
I have recently had my daughter join the practice as well as my grand daughter and they are equally pleased with this surgery. | ||||||
