I only ring when I’m really bad! It took 55 minutes to get through the reception! I should not be holding on for that long when you are not well! I don’t have free calls so had to pay for the calls and the calls are not cheap. This adds lots of stress and anxiety which is not good specially when not feeling well! When Doctor Singh was there I never had this problem. It’s just a tick box exercise for them. | ||||||

Phone lines haven’t been working for months and they don’t even notify you .horrible service and really bad dr’s who never prescribe any sort of medication what so ever . | ||||||
