The receptionist, unqualified medical doctor but she still insist to give diagnose over the phone and when asked to speak to a doctor or a call back from the doctor, she refuses by telling us the doctor is busy. The receptionist did not note my conversation for the doctor the decide themselves to phone me or not. I recommend people to avoid this surgery because if the receptionist. I am taking my family to Dr Singh’s surgery (they were helpful even on the phone). | ||||||

I have been with this surgery since 2006. I have always managed to get appointments and to see a GP when I need to. The nurse is very nice, but generally do struggle to get appointment with the nurse has there is only one for this practice. Reception staff have always been polite and cheerful in person and on the phone. it is still a shame how many Pre- booked appointments are not attended which wastes GP time and then complain they are not able to get to see a GP. | ||||||
