Been trying for over a week to get appointment, no wonder the A&E full with this service. Wasn’t like this when the Archer run the place. | ||||||

Impossible to get through by phone - after 1 hour. Absolutely useless - staff ALL want sacking !! | ||||||

Have phoned on numerous days at 8 am to be answered with no such number tone and then after about 15 mins you get told there are no appointments left! Can’t book a pre booked appointment and the online facility is a joke, never anything! Was told to ring again the next day but impossible if you working and was told to go to either the walk in centre or a & e Im sure may people are going misdiagnosed or just not bothering to even go doctors now! Have been with heatherbrook surgery for 35 years and the Archers went over and above to help you and see you! We need to go back to the personal family caring service that used to look after their people. | ||||||
