Always manage to get an appointment when I need one, am extremely impressed with this surgery. I went today and was actually called in 10 minutes before my appointment! Never had that at a doctors surgery before. Would recommend | ||||||

My experience of this practice was dreadful . Primarily the extremely unhelpful admin staff who would not allow me to book a telephone appointment with a GP - are they living in the dark ages ? I explained I was a student home for the holidays , was not able to get to Loughborough and did not actually need to see a doctor just speak to one but they refused to help me. The final straw was when I needed a very simple form - less than half a page completing and they were going to charge me £100 ! I have asked around and no other GP practice charges such a ridiculous amount. They knew full well I was a student as are many of their patients but seemed more than happy to try and rip me off. I have subsequently registered with a practice closer to home and the staff and GP I saw there could not have been more helpful. I will never use this practice again and would rather travel the 50 miles home to see my local GP. | ||||||

The doctors are nice and seem competent. Never had any problems with them or their advice. Only problem are the reception staff. Why on earth do they sound so rude at 10 in the morning? Especially when someone calls because their sick or for mental health reasons that’s incredibly off putting. | ||||||
