You always struggle to make an appointment to speak to a doctor. When they finally answer the phone you get treated like you are disturbing them. I have not once had a good experience calling in to Border drive Surgery. | ||||||

This is the worst doctor surgery ever the staff on reception are rude and unhelpful hard to get an appointment with the doctor on the phone if you can't get appointment in the morning they tell you to ring back at 1 o'clock in the afternoon and we get you appointment when you do ring back there's nothing available found out my son is animic the hospital was to get in touch with the doctor still waiting to get my son on his medicine which he is STILL WAITING FOR. The doctors are nice and helpful it's the staff in reception that are rude and unhelpful. | ||||||
