This surgery I think is like the whole NHS, you get good answers and then fobbed off, trouble with most surgeries you can not get to see a doctor if your working too far to get when they want you, that's if you can get an emergency appointment in the first place.
But there are a good few doctors here who will help if you get to see them. No complaints about the treatment just the protocol they have to follow when especially as you know yourself that you are unwell, The "is it an emergency?" phone doesn't help either |

I have NEVER been so cared for in my life, as I have been by this surgery. We left our last GP practice, because they simply could not care less, and could not believe the service given by such a dedicated staff at this surgery.
They have been on the ball, addressed our health issues, in the most user friendly way, and are a joy to meet. We cannot ask for more, except to say, if this surgery can do it, with apparent ease, why can't the rest ?
I do not suffer fools (at all) but I will NEVER take good service for granted, and I feel so fortunate to have come to this surgery, and cannot thank or praise them enough for what they do for us.
Hearty congratulations to the "A" team, and thank you so much on behalf of myself and my wife ! |
