Impossible to get to see or speak to a doctor, dealing with the gestapo on the front desk who actually think they are offering an excellent service,if they applied the same service they offer to everything they do in normal life they wouldn’t get anything done, the surgery never have appointments, they just put obstacles in your way to make an appointment, absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received pre & post pandemic |

Never get through and when you do no appointments. I spend most of my time at different gp surgeries having to use the emergency in order to be seen. Not good when you need continuity of care. I can’t remember the last time I seen a doctor face to face from the surgery. I don’t even recognise any of the gps names. Some reception staff are polite but there’s a couple of rude 1’s. |

Getting an appointment here is a joke.
You are told to ring at 8.00am only to find you are 12th in the que. 15 minuets later and only down to 6th.
If you work you cannot wait this long so you put phone down. Ring back at 9.00, wait 20 mins only to be told all available appointments are gone.???
This is the same pattern day in day out.
I am really worried about needing to see a doctor but you get no help from the blunt and rude receptionists.
If you need to see a Doctor, best register somewhere else because you wont see one here for at least 4 weeks. |
