Receptionist very unhelpful. I was made to feel stupid when I asked about progress with 2 problems I'd already discussed with doctor. I was told my query was nothing to do with the practice and nothing could be done. |

This phone-in appointment service is beyond belief. I have had a LETTER asking me to make an APPOINTMENT BY PHONING AT 8am. I have tried at 8am on 2 days at that time and I was number 94 and 65 in the queue, only to be told there were no appointments available. I explained that I was responding to a request from my doctor to make an appointment but I was told to try again at 8am again tomorrow. If it's not urgent why can't I make an appointment for another day? Or make an appointment on-line? When I go into the website it also says 'No appointments available' on any batch of dates dates I try for. |

Thank you for the service we receive at Rosebery. The receptionists are lovely and so helpful and I have been touched by how caring the doctors are in looking after my elderly parents as well as the care we have received looking after our young type 1 diabetic daughter. The doctors are excellent and will refer when they know it is the right thing to do and we are grateful for their dedicated and conscientious care.
My only mini complaint is I loathe the phone message about how many patients you speak to and see a day because I don't like being made to feel a bit guilty when I hate using up NHS money and am scared of being a time waster.
I do tell everyone how good you are and I never mention the phone message. thank you. |
