Doctor, this is a thank you for dealing with my shotgun certificate renewal so very promptly. Especially as friends in a similar situation have had numerous issues with their gp's.this and other services at your practice are top rate. And is much appreciated. There is a certain receptionist that is very rude, unhelpful and abrupt, I have had bad experiences with her a few times now over the phone, this lady really needs to be dealt with, a reception job clearly is not working for her, also when doctors are running late (can be up to 40mins sometimes) you are just left in the waiting room without being updated by receptionist. Although there are major issues with the reception area, the actual surgery itself is always clean and tidy and the doctors and nurses are always smart, kind, polite and professional.
