You always struggle to get an appointment. And they have applied to remove my previous negative review - so unlikley you’ll see this!
I had a change in a lump on my testicle and wanted to see a male doctor. Which in any reasonable place would be fine - if a lady wanted a female doctor, I would hope that would be accommodated too.
Firstly, i had to discuss this with zero privacy as someone was filling in forms a the counter. When called forward I said I’d like some privacy - the receptionust just said: ‘you’ll be fine, come forward’. Stupidly I did.
They said they couldn’t make me an appointment as they had made all the appointments they could for the next fortnight. I asked for one further ahead - explaining it wasn’t unreasonable to ask for a make dr in this situation - which I drew to the attention of the audience stood with me still siging-up to join the practice. The receptionist begrudgingly made one for three weeks in advance.
They treat you with contempt, no right to privacy or to have your treatment with dignity. Avoid this practice. | ||||||

Receptionists couldn’t be more helpful in getting me an appt that suited my other commitments on a day after a holiday weekend when they must have had high demand for appointments. Doctor was thorough and reassuring. Very professional surgery. My mum is registered at this practice and I've had numerous reasons to contact them over the last few months, mostly by telephone, occasionally calling in. The phone is mostly answered quickly and the reception and support staff are always so friendly and helpful, nothing ever seems to be too much trouble even at their busiest times. They have such a difficult job and do so well. | ||||||
