Told everyday that all appointments to see a GP were full. Everyday held in a queue of over 30 and eventually getting to speak to someone who informs ring again as close to 8am as possible. Also that it is not possible to be given an appointment to see a GP without first having a telephone call back from a GP. This surgery used to be A1+ but is now so far down IMO. Mindful, that I should accept it as over 3 years ago (during covid), it took 4 months to even speak to a GP. |

It is almost impossible at times to gain efficient access to health and wellbeing services at this surgery. The infrastructure is not fit for purpose and it is failing in its duties to patients. Heaven forbid you should actually fall seriously ill and rely on the services of this surgery. This surgery is evidence that the NHS has turned its patients into the victims of servitude. If you're fit enough to survive the endurance race completed prior to receiving good health care, and actually get to see a doctor, then you cannot be ill enough to need one. This, and many other ironies created by the NHS, supports a growing belief that the NHS is a healthcare cul-de-sac and it's days are numbered. It is a sad day indeed :-( |
