I'm really unhappy with gp service! Always when I'm tried to get some service and medicine help ,I'm not receiving! ..for them all okay always! When had depresion badly received advice have calming peels... when got alergie on my face and head ,just have a paracetamol and come in 2 weeks time .. for refferal to fatility clinic tooked over 10monts to get and cost me a lot stress,was crying... doctor was keep forgeting to send me to do right surgery check or blood test... now tried to book an appoinment for my wrist it's painfull and some lump sticking out ... received unswer go to hospital... Coming to hospital ,book appoinment with gp becouse here is not emergancy for you now!! Are you serously? Now I had apoinment becouse of my right feet bones (hallux valgus) ,wanted to receive refferal for operation ... male doctor said is ok,not to big ,you need just wear bigger shouses?!!! To reduce pain (which I have sometimes) to try have injection to remove pain!!! Are you mad??? Always after this usseles gp go private doctor,paying money and receiving service !!! But in this gp all is ok. What a hell ? Then why I pay for nhs ?! To sit there and don't do nothing! Shame on you |

The times where I have actually been able to see a GP they have always been great HOWEVER; that’s only if you can get an appointment. Twice now I have ended up in A&E because I have been unable to get an appointment; this wouldn’t have happened if there wasn’t a delay in him being seen!! Used to be great doctors surgery but wish I had never left my old one to come here now as the only way my children seem to be seen is by the 111 service. Your receptionists could do with a course in customer service too as it’s never OK to tell someone ‘well I’m just telling you how it is’ when dealing with the parent of a sick child!! |

No follow up on medication issued. Cannot get through to speak to your doctor. Over 50's are treated as nuisances. People who do call back (some doctors and clinicians) do not speak English properly and make no effort to make themselves understood. Unfortunately there are no other surgeries available as they have a full quota of patients. Reception phone constantly engaged or NOT answered even for a query. |
