I had an ultra sound appointment here.Was redirected back to my own doctor.My 0wn doctor sent me back to the keys.i tried to speak to receptionist who was too lazy to get out of her seat.Advised nothing to do with them as they do not know .Eventually located ultra sound but no help from reception. They need to go on behaviour courses and get updated on services the practice provides. | ||||||

I’ve been attending the surgery for dressing changes by the nurse, the care and empathy along with the standard of care I’ve received has been exceptional. The nurse has done a fantastic job taking care of me and my wound. Very very pleased with her service, she’s a credit to the surgery | ||||||

Book appointments on line takes over 7 days for a doctor to call you. Why are we not allowed face to face consultation. Absolutely diabolical service | ||||||
