I have been with the practice now for over 6 years and have had no complaints. I have had a few health problems and on every occasions have been been sorted out without delay. thank you. | ||||||

I have numerous issues with this surgery recently.
Reception staff have made many mistakes with my appointments for me and my 8 week old daughter. When we came for our 6week postnatal check, it took three appointments to actually be seen by the doctor. The first appointment was cancelled 10 mins before (as I was walking to the surgery), the second, I was given the wrong time (I even had a text message on my phone with the time I believed it was) and it was too late for them to see me. When I was eventually seen, I felt like the appointment was not tailored to me and my daughter and all my questions/concerns were not given any time to discuss.
I have called the surgery for other issues and on one occasion was told a doctor would call me back which they never did. On another occasion my midwife requested I was seen and again they said they would get a doctor to call me to arrange some antibiotics which the midwife believed was urgent. I rang 6 times throughout the day when a doctor failed to ring me back.
I have been concerned about Thrush for me and my baby and I have now seen two doctors who have brushed it to one side and not even looked in her mouth. | ||||||
