I have found writtle surgery great, very helpful people on reception offering immediate appointments when needed being helpful and kind. The doctor have been reassuring and thorough even making follow up phone calls. Thank you team, you are much appreciated. | ||||||

I realise this is a review panel, but this morning my wife was phoned by the Surgery and offered a second Covid vaccine Jab. We are both nearly 81 in general good health and this is the first we have heard from you about the vaccination programme. We fixed our jabs via Surge Partner and had the first on January 7 (my batch number was EE8492) and the second jab on March 26 (my batch number was ER1749). Both were at Broomfield. I had expected to at least get a call from our Surgery since we are in the so called vulnerable group. I do hope our medical records will show that we have been vaccinated. We have both just signed up take part in the clinical trials connected to the possible third jab. We will let you know how that goes. In the meantime we are self testing at home about twice a week. | ||||||

This surgery is excellent. The receptionists, nurses and doctors are kind and caring. I have never felt rushed and have always been listened to. Links with other health services (like referrals for physiotherapy etc) are also very good. | ||||||
