Hi, I had my first Pfizer vaccination at this clinic on 12th January 2021. I am now due my booster jab, but haven't been contacted or invited anywhere to have this done. I have rang all the contacts relating to vaccines that I possibly can! I am not registered at this practice, but was invited here to be vaccinated via the Francis Road Clinic. My own GP has told me to contact you regarding my next jab, but I am getting nowhere. I live in Redbridge and Healthbridge can't help and 119 couldn't either. Please advise. I am becoming very stressed and worried about this. I have asthma and parents in their eighties to care for too. Thank you. |

Good service, I have been seen by both the GP's and have felt heard and respected. I had an issue with the repeat prescription being delayed and it was promptly corrected by the doctor. I have a chronic health condition and have always been seen as priority, been referred to the relevant consultants. |

I was diagnosed with Coeliac a couple of years ago and since then I have had ongoing problems with my gut. Every time I have visited this surgery I have left feeling worse than before I went in. As a female, when you are bloated all the time and look 8 months pregnant, with pain in your lower abdomen it is extremely worrying. I was simply referred to a gasteroentologist (which I had to ask for), which is in a few months time. I am in so much pain and broke down as it is affecting my mental health and everyday life. I had to argue to be referred for blood tests, scans and request to have my stomach looked at to which I was made to feel stupid. I came out in tears, and have done every single time I've visited this surgery. I broke down in reception but was so upset I couldn't even get my words out, but tried to explain how awful I felt and no one supported me. You should be able to visit a GP surgery in confidence that you will be provided with advice and support, which I have not received so I have now signed up to a different surgery. The way I have been treated and spoken to is not acceptable. |
