Hello, I’m really fed up by now. Not only I have to wait for over one hour every time with a 3 month baby BUT the receptionist never notifies of the delay. Today I called 15 mins before my appointment and asked if we can come later as the baby fell asleep, and the RECEPTIONIST said no. It’s now 65 minutes past my appointment and we are still waiting!! The baby cries. Why?? She knew that the doctor is behind by one hour. | ||||||

Difficult to book an appointment over the phone - the receptionists don’t give you enough time to explain why you need a GP and are generally not friendly or patient. Two weeks ago, i called to ask for an appointment only to be told that there were no appointments available for the next couple of weeks and to call back every day to see if there’s been a cancellation - no indication of when their appointment system might open up again to actually schedule something. It took over two months to get the results of my cervical smear test back - after waiting for ages and not hearing back from anyone, I started calling up pretty regularly to chase up- was finally at one point told to contact the lab. in Homerton, I called the lab and was told I was given incorrect information and that my test was in another lab at another hospital. I ended up having to tell my own GP practice who to call up so that they could get my smear test results for me. Pretty unimpressive. I’m pregnant and am experiencing some symptoms that are making me nervous, but also unable to see anyone until 2 weeks from now which seems like a long time to wait. The doctors seem fine (I’ve only had a phone consultation with a doctor at this surgery in the past, so not seen a GP in person). | ||||||

Terrible treatment at this surgery - impossible to get an appointment or speak to someone in person. After 6 months of back pain and waiting for a physio referral my daughter wrote an email in desperation asking for help only to be told they were removing her from their list. Shocking lack of compassion. Fortunately we have found another surgery and the comparative difference could not be more extreme. Unfortunately this surgery represents the nhs at its most broken. | ||||||
