Members of my family have been patients of this surgery for many decades. Our residence lies just outside the Spa Surgery defined catchment area. We have just been informed we will no longer be registered and we will have to find a new practice. The reason given is that they wish to focus on new patients within their catchment area.
Given the length of time we have been registered and the given the importance of care continuity, this is an extremely shoddy way to treat patients. |

Great clinical team (doctors and nurses) but reception let practice down. Had phone dropped on me by rude and inconsiderate receptionist. Uneccessarily difficult, poor behaviour. |

Why is it that some reception staff are rude and presumptuous, they are not Doctors. |
