In the past couple of months I have needed a couple of emergency appointments and was seen on the day by a doctor as well as follow up visits. You can't expect to see the doctor of your choice for an emergency appointment but it is fantastic that you can still be seen that day and, if they can, by your usual doctor.
I always get polite service from the admin and dispensing staff - such an advantage that you can pick up your script after seeing the doctor and not having to find a chemist.
I was last seen by a trainee GP who is a qualified Dr and they were excellent. It is good the practice is encouraging, training and giving the opportunity to those who want to be a GP. | ||||||

I have been a patient at this surgery for about 35 years, the receptionists are nice and polite and do their best to get you an appointment asap, they usually keep a few spare slots for emergencies,
The Drs are very nice and explain anything you dont understand or are not sure of
Wouldnt want to go anywhere else
