Having been registered at a large modern surgery previously, I would never see the same staff member twice. I joined Greenlands Surgery 5 years ago when my family and I moved to the area. We haven't needed to attend the surgery alot, but have always been impressed that the same staff members greet you on your arrival and it feels like they know and care about who you are. My most recent need for care, following first visiting the pharmacy next door, was dealt with in a way that only a smaller surgery with staff who know me could be. I was able to see the GP straight away and this prevented the problem getting worse and me needing to attend A&E or out of hours GP. The surgery building and contents might not be the most up to date, but the care of all of the staff is second to none and I feel that this is more important for my family and I. | ||||||

The staff and the Dr at this surgery are top class. You are always greeted with a smile, helpful advice and total discretion. I have never been refused an appointment nor have I had to wait days to see the Dr, infact I had to call for an emergency appointment on 26/04/19 and was seen within 40mins. The receptionist was very kind and sympathetic when I became a little upset. The Dr is always polite, approachable giving you the time to need to tell him your symptoms. When I explained my symptoms he immediately phoned the hospital for an appointment and gave me advise. The practice nurse is always friendly and informative. The service I've received from everyone is excellent. | ||||||

I have been going to this surgery for over 30 years. I was extremely sad to say goodbye to the GP who he has been my doctor since I was a teenager. However, my new GP is really pleasant and thorough, giving you a telephone call if you are unable to get an appointment. | ||||||
