Staff on phone so rude in caring asked for a telephone review this was at 9am she abruptly said none left, no questions asked about why I needed one, I have a few serious conditios and desperate for help, can't go to a&e as they tell you not to You would think that in mental health awareness week the rude and uncaring staff would ask some questions as to why you need an appointment, DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS PRACTICE IF YOU WAND HELP WITH MEDICAL CONDITIONS | ||||||

One of the receptionists is so rude. I rang for an appt and I had to make a telephone consultation appt for 2 weeks time. Dr rang me for my tel/con and she said if you were here now I could have seen you. She said ring receptionist and book an appointment to see me for Monday. Rang up. Can’t book an appointment for Monday. You’ll have to ring Monday morning for one. | ||||||

Ashby clinic.Back problems getting bad difficulty walking any distance,rang for appointment for test results at same time receptionist told me they indicated an infection did I want to speak to doc about it ...well yes please, ok telephone call from doc in a month.call didn't connect received text from someone called Stuart rd saying if I still want to see a doctor ring.to be given another phone call in 3weeks why am I even a patient here changing my doctor as soon as I find one . | ||||||
