Haxey Branch Surgery

I booked an apt for my son He was in pain from a knee injury to get the apt was hard as receptionist refused to book the apt until I told them the issue once I received the apt which was sit and wait as it was emergency apt only. Friday is the worst day to get an apt with this practice as they don't like to work Friday afternoons! The doctor called us into the apt and my son started to say the issue was his knee which had caused issues for last few years... Before he had chance to continue that whilst running the night before he re-injured it and it was inflamed and causing discomfort the dr jumped in with so it isn't an imperfectly then you shouldn't have this appointment Long story short the dr was very unprofessional lurching forward in their chair flushed in anger and told us to leave the premises Once the doctor realised they had been overheard they tried to apologise telling me to make apt next week So a dr refused to treat a patient, whilst we sat calmly being berated by an angry dr who didn't like being told I had every right to the appointment that I paid my taxes like many others. This was the statement that sent them raging. I actually apologised for the dr unprofessional behaviour to elderly gent in waiting room. They also have signs in stating they need to make improvements and I heartily agree with that. No wonder A&E is clogged every weekend with surgery a not wanting to see patients on Fridays. I have been told be a s create your at the Epworth surgery that the dr asked them not to book Friday afternoon, absolutely absurd and disgraceful
