The Kepier Medical Practice is where my parents have their doctors.
I live in Spain, and have had to contact the Practice on urgent matters regarding my parents' health.
They have always shown great understanding and provided support, arranged appointments for me so that I can sort out problems when I am over visiting, or because I have requested an appointment when I ring from Spain.
I have never had to wait for a long time to be seen, and the waiting area is well-organised and clean. | ||||||

Full marks for the caring and compassion shown on last visit. This was from all members of staff GP and admin staff. Could not praise them enough, excellent service , and full explanations given every step of the way. | ||||||

.my husband received emergency treatment from The nurse and two doctors initially for anxiety.
But the next day he was waiting in the reception for me The nurse asked about his wellbeing and I explained he had tightness of the chest, she immediately took him to her room performed an ECG and proceeded to refer him to the doctor, who in turn sent him to A & E as an emergency. He had a heart attack without realising.
If it was not for the nurse's actions my husband would be a walking time bomb as it turned out he had emergency surgery and two stents fitted with another 2 within 4 weeks.
We can't thank her enough. | ||||||
