Always helpful if possible reception staff will try to give you an appointment the same day. I can't find any thing negative to say about this practice. The girls are friendly,helpful, and careing. All the doctors explain their diagnosis and explain the treatment . I have only been with the practice 2years and am more than happy with the care i have received . It's a good feeling when you have confidence in your doctors practice . Excellent Doctors , nurses, and reception, staff. | ||||||

I have received an outstanding and consistent level of support from one doctor, but I am more than happy with the treatment received from the other doctors and nurses I have come into contact with. During my many recent visits to the surgery I have found the doctors to be compassionate, understanding and willing to listen and I have never felt rushed. The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful and it is easy to get an appointment with a doctor of your choice. Overall a first class practice! | ||||||

Moved to silverdale approx 3 years ago myself and my wife.cannot speak highly enough of the staff ,doctors ,nurses and admin staff really care.they put themselves out to get you the earliest appointment.As I said before the doctors and nurses really show they care about you personally.i feel I can really open up and talk to the medical staff.Anything urgent is given top priority.Its so good I persuaded my two grand daughters to move there.
