Disgusting prescription they have had for 1 week pharmacy still hasn’t got it trying to get through is a joke on hold now for 1 hour 34 mins their live steam stares less busy than usual gif help us if it was a busy time definitely changing doctors | ||||||

The Doctors and Nursing staff at the Old Forge Surgery have always been a credit to the NHS,my family and we have never been let down by any member of the medical team.The care and advice has always been of a high standard and second to none,we may have to wait a little while for an appointment to see the GP or nurse of our choice,but well worth it as they know our past history.The reception staff will always try and get you an alternative appointment to see another GP should an emergency arise has as happened to me in the past.Keep up the great work and you can't fail to have extremely satisfied and appreciative patients. I’m putting okay as it very hit and miss. Sometimes you get an appointment immediately and the Dr is excellent. Sometimes it takes a while and you are dismissed. More recently it has not been good at all, dismissive GP and lack of care and support. Reception staff are lovely and try their best. | ||||||
