Shame on this Riverview Health Centre. NHS these days stands for (No Help Service) It's turned into greed and no help offered. Lost all hope from any worker from the NHS. Only in it for the paychecks. THE LOT OF THEM. LITERAL WANNABE MURDERERS. You can't get anything for free. And if it's free, it's basically SH!T and make everything worse!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't help anyone but prays on the weak to make them worse. IF YOU HAVE CANCER THEY'LL SEE YOU ASAP AND PRAY ON YOU TO MAKE MONEY FROM YOU. but if you go early thinking you have it. They basically call you crazy and blame the anxiety. Maybes if the NHS focused on helping people giving reassurance instead of making everyone worried with the NHS adverts on every single channel. It must cost a fortune to create all these adverts and pay every single channel. I hate everything about NHS. The company deserves to burn down to the ground. Shame on the lot of them. Wouldn't trust any of them with my dead buried goldfish. | ||||||

Very disappointing.... like always. Feels like a waste of a journey every time I go, doesn't matter which Dr or Nurse I see. NEVER get the THINGS I WANT or the HELP I REALLY NEED. They really couldn't care less all of them. lol. At this rate I'd get more help if I went to the bridge and tried to kill myself for attention. They don't want to know unless you literally on deaths door. | ||||||

The receptionists are like witches - doesn't matter who I speak to. It's like its their job to speak to people with an stinking attitude... had enough now of it, it's time people know what's going on with this place. Literally give me sarcastic comments all the time.... and then laughed at me for making a complaint about the way they spoke to me over the phone! Doesn't matter when I phone up soon as I say my name they always give me attitude.... then cry and make a complaint straight away about getting attitude back. This wouldn't of been said if the women behind reception was nice and caring but they couldn't care less about helping... they love to just argue with strangers who have mental health issues. To me they're like witches. Literally getting paid for giving attitude to people with mental health issues. The dr's and nurses are so nice but the receptionists have put me off going to the doctors all together. Horrible horrible women who work behind reception. They need some over the phone lessons on how to speak to people!!! Instead of bringing their attitude from home to work!!!!!!!!!!! | ||||||
