The doctors are pleasant enough but I don't feel they listen. The registered nurses display good qualities and are conscientious about the care and advice they give. The HCA thinks they are a registered nurse and is very rude at times. Privacy at the reception desk is a particular problem and if you go to one of the satellite surgeries there is little guidance on what to expect. | ||||||
