This is part of the Station Road Surgery in Shotton. So all the doctors and nurses are from there too. I’ve been always treated with dignity and respect and understanding of my disability giving me the chance to be seen even if I had problems to get on time.
The building itself however is terrible, dingy, dark and very unwelcoming. It also has double doors which are hard to open. It’s a challenge for elderly, wheelchairs and people with joints problem. Because of the building I try to avoid that place using different locations to see this marvellous staff willing always help and serve. | ||||||
