My doctor is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He is a dr that actually listens and knows his stuff, non judgmental, always treated me with dignity and respect, doesn’t just try and fob you off with tablets or quick fixes, he knows about health, and nutrition, really does have extensive knowledge. The practise it’s self I find to be efficient, I can always easily get an appointment, I’m not at the doctors often thankfully, though if I do, I’m not having to ring and chase up for results when I’ve had bloods or tests for example. I’m glad I have this doctor as my GP, Genuinely lucky. Thanks, and thanks to the practise for working hard and keeping it so efficient and easy to access help when it’s needed. Credit where it’s due. Great Dr, great practise. |

As a family we've been registered with this practice for 4 year, historically it was ok but recently it's been shocking. Firstly in January told that my son could have his flu vacination( hadn't been informed of this) to book twice to be then told it's out of stock and after 2 weeks then told they weren't getting any more, even though we'd been assured they would be. Then this week turning up for my son's preschool jabs to be told the nurse wasn't there for the appointment and we hadn't been informed. To have a three year old so upset that he couldn't get his big school medicine was heart breaking. As parents we have tried to make this experience as positive as possible and the receptionists had little to no insight into how difficult this situation was. They said we'd been rung, which was not true, also that they'd left a message on my phone, which they hadn't. Will be moving practices as soon as possible!! |
