I wish to express my sincere thanks to Doctor and staff who responded with such rapid care and understanding during my visit on Wednesday 25th October 2017.
Their response was carried out with total professionalism and enabled me to receive the relevant treatment afterwards in hospital.
My thanks also to Emergency Services - lst class.

I have been back and forth from this GP and Sunderland hospital after being told to do something that was totally incorrect and then had to do it again. I lost 2 days pay from work because of it. I was told results of my test would be between 5 and 7 days and it has now been over 1 month. I call nearly every other day and the GP until the other day have said they dont have the results, however Sunderland hospital said they sent them weeks ago. The results have now come in and we had to make a telephone appointment to receive the results as i am out of the country at the moment. I gave full permission for my wife to receive the results. Today was our appointment day and over 5 weeks late, only to be told the doctor will not give the results to my wife. The attitude of the doctor that we have both had to deal with is unacceptable, and this is turning into a total waste of our time and money. What do people pay their taxes for exactly? Stay Clear.
