I live out of the area and havehad serious concerns regarding my brother who is a patient at this practice.This morning I had a conversation with Joanne the assistant practice manger and felt all of my serious concerns were promptly addressed in a kind professional manner How comforting in this climate of uncertainty and the health service and GPs under such criticism this Gp who is caring for my brother and this practice are still attempting to be proactive show continuity of care this is truly appreciated by our family Thank you |

I have had a bloodshot eye for 4 days and I rang on Monday when I noticed it and then with Thursday being the 4th day and all I get told by the receptionist Sharon, to ring back on Friday, looking on systmonline there are no available appointments I do not have access to my message service on my systmonline either so I can't ask for a consultation online. I have been advised by a pharmisit and eye infirmary to book an appointment to get my blood pressure tested. Never had a problem before with reception arranging a call back or getting me in sooner if it is required to be in. Marlborough Surgery is getting worse not better. |

I have just registered my housebound Grandmother with the surgery and can I just say how friendly and helpful the reception team have been. I made a few calls being registering her and even when she was not a patient the care and advice as superb. Can’t thank the team enough for getting everything in place for us. Also when I visited the surgery it was absolutely immaculate inside, the nicest surgery I have ever been in with the best reception staff. It has been a weight off my mind registering Gran here. Thank you. |
