I’ve been with this practice since I was a child, the service used to be best in area now it is horrendous. I’ve had everything thing from practice manager changing medication without telling me or my GP because it was too expensive, to not being able to make appointment. Latest one I need blood test and been told it’s too expensive to give, waiting 7 month for Rheumatoid referral and final straw today I was unable to get repeat prescription without going into doctors with two forms of ID. If I could give minus star rating, I would. |

I have been to the surgery today and I would like to thank the lady on reception this morning she was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. The desk was very busy and a long queue was forming behind me but I was not hurried and she listened to what I was asking her and sorted the appointment out for me. Sorry didn't get your name I was in on Monday 10th June Our NHS gets a lot of bad press however, on this occasion first class ....thank you again |
