I awoke on the morning of Tues 8 Jul 2014 feeling extremely unwell and experiencing a lot of pain,. At times like that, you just want the world to stop and someone to intervene and remedy the situation. My wife telephoned Shotton GP Surgery and a member of staff immediately took control and arranged for a doctor to visit me at home. After a very thorough examination, the doctor determined to admit me to North Tees Hospital. I am now pain free, back on my feet and on the mend. A very fast, efficient service provided by friendly staff who only have your wellbeing at heart. I would thoroughly recommend this GP practise. | ||||||

I have been with this practice for 17years. It is a great family practice with very friendly polite reception staff and nurses. I have always found the Doctors to be caring and have time to listen to me. My family and I are very happy being with this practice. | ||||||

This practice puts their patients first the staff are very friendly and caring the doctors know their jobs and give you the best treatment possible. The receptionist always cheer you up when you are feeling down and you come out of the surgery happier than when you went in | ||||||
