    I was supposed to have a telephone appointment yesterday with Leanne No phone call The running of this practise needs looking into. Whoever is the manager needs sacking I have to wait another week ??

    No appointments, the phone number does not work, directing everyone to Peterlee. Are they paying bus fare?? How am I expected to walk to Peterlee with a knee replacement? Anyone relying on this doctors surgery with end up in big trouble. Big big trouble. Stay far away from this monstrosity.
