So I called up today, about just after 1:00, Wednesday after noon. It straight away directed me to sorry were closed today, however you are open?
I can’t make an appointment online because I haven’t done that before and you have to speak to your doctor about. Buttt I can’t even get through to you guys. You guys are great usually but this is disappointing Reply from Captain French Surgery Wed, 11 Sep 2019 15:26:20 +0100 I am sorry but we are closed for training this afternoon from 1pm, we close 9 afternoons a year and Out of Hours take over from us until the next morning. All practices in the South Lakes close on the same training afternoons. We advertise the dates on our website for the entire year (April - Mar). We are sorry for the inconvenience it has caused. | ||||||

A visit to this surgery proved yet again that a high degree of kindness, courtesy and dedication exists. The reception staff are most courteous and the nurses can only be described as angels. I would heartily recommend this surgery and it would be fair to state that the service not only meets my requirements but exceeds them by far. Once again I find it appropriate to congratulate this surgery for such a professional and caring service. Yesterday evening - 19.09.18 - I suffered a small accident. This was not too serious but was extremely painful and unpleasant. This morning I telephoned the surgery to make an appointment to be treated and was offered an appointment within thirty minutes of my call. The receptionist was most courteous and considerate, and the treatment by one of the nurses was superlative. An excellent practice and one I shall always heartily recommend. | ||||||
