I recently stayed at a holiday cottage close to the village of Caldbeck.
I needed an emergency appointment due to an ear infection and called the surgery at 8am. Having provided a few details to the very understanding receptionist, I was given an appointment for 9.45am on the same day.
On arrival the very helpful and friendly receptionist directed me to the waiting room. I was seen on time by a very good doctor. Following a thorough examination I was issued a prescription which was dispensed from within the practice.
Overall an excellent practice with helpful and friendly staff. | ||||||

After an unsatisfactory discharge from Hospital and not seeing a Hospital Doctor I came against some problems which I was worried about. I was given immediate appointments when I rang up to explain the situation and given medications which solved the problems along with explanations. This was a great relief to me and my anxiety was relieved. Your well being is always important to this Practice and it was well appreciated. . | ||||||
