So I recently moved GP surgery as my previous one was appalling. I Could never get an appointment with my doc let alone a review of my respiratory condition. anyhow I registered here and have already had a chat with my new GP! And... I had a phone call from a lovely lady who said she had reviewed my records and noticed I am overdue a lot of things and has sorted me out with an appointment with the specialist nurse! And a flu jab! Blown away that they have already reviewed my conditions and noticed this. I hope this caring approach is the norm here :) | ||||||

I left this surgery several months ago after very disappointing responses to mental health issues, quite frankly if this is an area you have problems with the only recommendation I can give is an extremely negative one. I have since then hear of others having less than favourable responses. I would like to be more forthright but a public forum is not the place. | ||||||
